July 15. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Arbitration Court of the West Siberian District put an end to the dispute between the Bank and an individual who was brought to civil liability for 125 million rubles.  At the last moment, the citizen tried to reverse the decision on the allegedly newly discovered circumstances.  However, the court of the cassation instance dismissed his complaint and upheld the adopted acts.  The interests of the Bank were represented by Nikolai Polusitov, lawyer of the Tyumen branch of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Arbitration Court of the Tver Region satisfied the claim of the Bank – Client of “De Jure” to foreclose on land plots with a total area of ​​more than 45 hectares.  The interests of the Plaintiff were represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, having considered the appeal of a client of “De jure”, canceled the decision of the first instance court to bring him to subsidiary liability for 150 million rubles and issued a new judgment, according to which creditors were denied this claim in full.  The interests of the client were represented by Taisiya Radchenko, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
