Two representatives of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” entered the commission under the Expert group of the Government of the Russian Federation

On July 9, Leonid Kazinets, Head of the Expert group of the roadmap “Transformation of the business climate”, approved the composition of the Commission on consideration of proposals in the field of regulation of activities of housing developers, disputes about quality housing, problematic housing construction projects. The Commission includes two representatives of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” – Nikita Filippov, head of Bureau, and Alexey Te, his Deputy.

The main task of the Commission is to prepare proposals to improve the business climate in the field of housing construction. “Among the cases of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” there are many cases related to construction. We are well aware of the” sore spots” of developers and the problems faced by home buyers. I hope that our experience and legal expertise will help to de-bureaucratize and regulate the industry, to find a balance of interests of all participants,” – said Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”. The Commission’s initiatives will be on the table of Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, who oversees the construction industry.
