July 21. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The First General Jurisdiction Court of Appeal, having considered the complaint of the Moscow City Property Department, left unchanged the earlier decision of the Moscow City Court.  As a result of the work of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” the cadastral value of two premises in the center of Moscow was successfully challenged.  The amount of the payment has been reduced from 423 million rubles up to 220 million rubles.  The interests of the Principal were represented by advocate of “De Jure” Yulia Martynenko and lawyers of the Bureau – Yulia Meshkova and Ilsur Zakirov.

The Second Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction left unchanged the judicial acts of Timiryazevskiy District Court of Moscow and the Moscow City Court on the recovery of about 800 thousand US dollars from joint Defendants in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”. The interests of the Principal were represented by Vadim Makarichev, lawyer of “De jure”.
