July 30. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Arbitration Court of the Kaluga Region satisfied the claims of the Bank, a client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”, for foreclosure on the property belonging to the Defendant. The debt was recovered from a property located in the Kaluga region with an area of more than 10 thousand square meters. The Bank’s Interests were represented by Semyon Garyan, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the act of the Moscow Arbitration Court.  Thus, it was confirmed the unreasonableness of the requirements to the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” to introduce external supervision.  The proceedings were terminated.  The interests of the Client were defended by Vadim Makarichev, lawyer of “De jure”.
