A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Tyumen Regional Court overturned the decision of the Kalininsky District Court of the city of Tyumen, according to which the Bank’s claims were satisfied only partially. The court of appeal agreed with the position of lawyers of “De Jure” and collected a total of over 68 million rubles of debt. The interests of the Bank were represented by Oleg Yamov, lawyer from the Tyumen branch of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
