August 17. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The appeal ruling of the Moscow Regional Court changed the decision of the Odintsovo City Court of the Moscow Region following the consideration of the Bank’s appeal.  As a result of the dispute, funds in the amount of about 300 thousand rubles were recovered in favor of the Bank. The interests of the Bank were represented by Konstantin Glushkov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”. 

Khamovnichesky District Court satisfied the Bank’s application for the replacement of the party (succession) in the case of debt collection from the borrower to his heir.  The interests of the Bank are represented by Ekaterina Abramova, lawyer of lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the Plaintiff’s claims in full and recovered a debt in the amount of 1.2 million rubles from the Defendant.  The interests of the Plaintiff were represented by Yaroslav Baldin, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
