August 25. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Moscow Arbitration Court refused the creditor to include his claims in the amount of 16 million rubles into the register of the Bank’s creditors.  The interests of the bankruptcy administrator of the Bank were represented by Alexander Uchaykin, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”. 

The Eighth Arbitration Court of Appeal satisfied the Bank’s complaint and canceled the previously adopted ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous district on recognizing the claims of a company affiliated with the debtor for a total amount of RUB 30 million as justified and the inclusion of this amount in the register of the debtor’s creditors.  The legal position of the Bank and interests in the court were represented by Roman Volkomorov and Ksenia Stikhina, lawyers of the Tyumen branch of “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
