September 9. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the claims of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” to recover 23 million rubles and foreclose on mortgaged property in Sochi.  Also, the court refused to accept opponents’ counterclaim to terminate the contract.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Sergey Bibikov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Second General Jurisdiction Court of Cassation has once again proved its effectiveness.  It fully satisfied the complaint of the Defendant, whose interests were represented by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”, and canceled the judicial acts of lower instances on the collection of land tax from him in the amount of more than 220 thousand rubles.  The case has been sent for a new trial.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District rejected the procedural opponents of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” in satisfying their cassation appeal against the ruling to correct the typo.  Earlier, the court of the first instance made a typo in the ruling on the appointment of expertise. It pointed to the expert organization proposed by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”, but instead of the experts of this organization, he indicated the experts proposed by the opponents.  The correction of this typo was the basis for the appeal to the cassation instance.  The judges have deliberated for a long time, but in the end they listened to the opinion of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.
