September 17. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow fully satisfied the requirements of the bankruptcy Manager of the Bank to recover debt in the amount of 68 million rubles, foreclosure on transport and cattle. The interests of the bankruptcy Manager of the Bank were represented by Marina Nikolaenko, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The First General Jurisdiction Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the Moscow City Property Department’s appeal and upheld the earlier decision of the Moscow City Court to reduce by more than 15% the cadastral value of the property belonging to the client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.  Thus, the tax burden of the Principal was significantly reduced.  The interests of the Principal in the court of appeal were represented by Yulia Meshkova, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
