September 22. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Moscow Arbitration Court refused the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” to summon an expert, to conduct a re-examination, in procedural succession, to involve in the case as a third person with independent claims, as well as to satisfy the claim filed to the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” in the amount of 24 million rubles on the basis of a falsified receipt.  The case lasted 2 years.  Rashid Gitinov, attorney of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”, provided legal protection to the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied in full the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” for the collection of a debt in the amount of about 100 thousand rubles. The preparation of the legal position was carried out by Ramzan Mezhidov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

Golovinsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” and recovered from the foreign citizen a debt in the amount of 9.7 thousand Euros and interest on the date of actual execution.  Also, the court granted a petition for interim measures (arrest of property).  The interests of the Client were represented by Yulia Meshkova, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Moscow City Court dismissed the Bank’s appeal against the decision of Tagansky District Court of Moscow to recover about 450,000 rubles of interest on bank deposit agreements in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”. The Defendant’s interests were defended by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
