September 25. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region satisfied the application of the representative of the bankruptcy Trustee of the Bank and invalidated the decision of the meeting of creditors regarding the approval of the Regulations on the procedure for selling the Debtor’s property free from pledge in a single lot.  The court resolved disagreements with the bankruptcy Trustee of the debtor’s property, approved the Regulation on the procedure for sale as amended by the Bank.  The interests of the bankruptcy Trustee of the Bank were represented by Denis Barsukov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the application of the representative of the bankruptcy Trustee of the Bank and invalidated the lease agreement concluded between the Debtor of the Bank and a person affiliated with the Debtor.  The chosen strategy of protecting the representative of the bankruptcy Trustee of the Bank achieved the main goal: it removed the disputed encumbrances for potential buyers of the Bank’s collateral and thus provided an opportunity for its sale at market value.  The interests of the bankruptcy a Trustee of the Bank were represented by Andrey Khokhlov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
