October 7. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the claim for recovery of unjustified enrichment in the amount of over 250 thousand rubles, filed against the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.  The client’s interests were defended by Vadim Makarichev, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Moscow City Court satisfied the administrative claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” and reduced the cadastral value of the capital construction object to 98 million rubles (the decrease was 30% of the original cadastral value). The Moscow City Property Department was also denied a request for a re-examination of the market value.  The interests of the administrative Plaintiff were represented by Yulia Meshkova and Denis Amelchenko, lawyers of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
