October 20. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Moscow City Court agreed with the position of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” and canceled the earlier decision of Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow and the MADI decision to bring the Bureau’s Client to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 300 thousand rubles for parking on the lawn.  The lawyers of the Bureau managed to prove the disposal of the disputed vehicle by our Client from the possession at the time of the offense.  The interests of the Client were defended by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
