October 21. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” for recovery of a debt in the amount of over 2 million rubles.  At the same time, the Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the Defendant’s claim to leave the claim without consideration due to non-compliance with the pre-trial procedure for resolving the dispute.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration court, which earlier, within the framework of a corporate dispute, had satisfied the claim of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” on the obligation of the Defendant to submit documents.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
