October 22. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” for the recovery of debt under supply contracts and a commercial loan in the amount of more than 27 million rubles.  At the same time, the court, taking into account the position of the Plaintiff, refused to accept the counterclaim of the procedural opponents, as well as to satisfy the motion to suspend the proceedings on the consideration of the initial statement of claim.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
