October 26. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Moscow Regional Court overturned the earlier decision of Ramenskiy City Court of the Moscow Region and fully satisfied the requirements of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” to terminate the use of the residential building and to deregister it.  During the trial, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” managed to prove the Defendant’s actual residence abroad, which served as the basis for satisfying the claim.  The interests of the Principal were represented by the lawyer of the De Jure Law Office, Yakov Bulut.
