November 2 Main results of the day

The Lyublinskiy District Court of Moscow approved the settlement agreement, in accordance with the terms of which the Debtor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” recognized the debt under the loan agreement in the amount of more than 60 million rubles.  The parties reached an agreement on the procedure for paying this debt.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow Regional Court dismissed the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in satisfying the appeal against the decision of the Shchelkovo City Court of the Moscow Region, which charged 1.5 million rubles in favor of the Principal of the Bureau on account of a surcharge furnished by a note for the sold share in the apartment.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
