November 3 Main results of the day

In the second round of consideration, the Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region included the claims of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for a total amount of over 3.6 billion rubles in the register of the Debtor of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery.  At the same time, the court refused to satisfy the claims of other creditors and the bankruptcy Trustee for the recognition of the transaction concluded by the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as invalid.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Vadim Makarichev, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
