November 17 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court recognized the Bank’s claims in the amount of 13.8 million rubles as justified and included them in the register of creditors’ claims.  The interests of the Bank were represented by Andrey Khokhlov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claims of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovered from the debtor and his guarantors a debt totaling over 70 million rubles.  Also foreclosure was levied on the subject of the pledge (non-residential premises in a shopping center).  The interests of the Principal were represented by Alexander Uchaykin, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
