November 19 Main results of the day

The First General Jurisdiction Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow City Court, which earlier, at the request of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, partially invalidated the Resolution of the Moscow Government dated November 28, 2014 Number 700-PP “On Determining the List of Real Estate Objects  whose tax base is determined as their cadastral value” (the property of the Principal of the Bureau is excluded from the list), which entails a revision of the tax burden and the return to the Principal of previously paid tax payments in the amount of more than 3.5 million rubles. The interests of the Principal of the Bureau were represented by senior lawyer Rashid Gitinov.

Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow rejected in full the Plaintiff’s a claim for over 900 thousand rubles filed against an educational organization whose interests are being defended by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.  The court agreed with the legal position of the Defendant that the Plaintiff had no right to a refund in accordance with the terms of the contract.  The interests of the educational organization were represented by Ilsur Zakirov,  lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
