November 24 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court fully satisfied the requirements of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and collected more than 105 million rubles in favor of the Plaintiff. Also foreclosure on the subject of pledge (non-residential premises) was levied. The interests of the Principal were represented by Aleksander Uchaykin, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow also fully satisfied the requirements of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to recover the debt in the amount of 1.35 million rubles.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Fatima Gurbanova, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal agreed with the legal position of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and rejected the appeal of our procedural opponent against the previously adopted ruling on the refusal to combine cases into one proceeding.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal overturned the earlier decision of the court of the first instance to recover the debt in the amount of 3.3 million rubles from the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and rendered a new decision, which refused to satisfy the claim in full to the procedural opponents.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
