December 2 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court fully satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovered from the Defendant a debt in the amount of 1.4 million rubles, including interest for the future period.  The interests of the Client in this case were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal terminated the proceedings in the case of recovery of a sum of 25 million rubles from the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. Earlier, the court of the first instance agreed with the legal position of the Bureau and rejected the Plaintiff’s claim in full. In the court of appeal, the Plaintiff declared a waiver of the claims, in connection with which the decision of the court of the first instance was canceled, and the proceedings were terminated.  The interests of the Principal in this case were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.

The Arbitration Court of Moscow District satisfied the cassation appeal of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and canceled the decisions of the lower courts on the inclusion of the debt amounting to 1.4 million rubles in the register of the debtor’s creditors’ claims.  The case has been sent for a new trial.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Marina Nikolaenko, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
