December 8 Main results of the day

Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow considered the case on the claim of the owner of an apartment in an apartment building against the management company for the recovery of damage caused by the leak. MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” represented the interests of a third person who was accused by the management company in the leak. During the court dispute, it was possible to prove that the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” had nothing to do with the leak, and the leak occurred precisely because of the Defendant’s improper performance of obligations to manage the house. The Client’s interests were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court upheld the decision of the first instance court to recover the debt for the delivered goods in the amount of 3 million rubles in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.

Simonovskiy District Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the Plaintiff’s claims for the recognition of the auction for the sale of real estate as invalid.  These requirements were presented to the winners of the auction, whose interests were defended by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. In the course of the dispute, the Bureau managed to prove that the recognition of the auction as invalid would not restore the violated rights, and the Plaintiff was not deprived of the opportunity to take part in new auctions.  The court agreed with this position and dismissed the claim.  The interests of the Clients of the Bureau were represented by lawyers Yulia Meshkova and Ilsur Zakirov.
