The Moscow Arbitration Court partially satisfied the claims of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of 150 thousand rubles from the Debtor. Partial satisfaction is associated with a reduction of penalty interest and court costs by the court. The interests of the Principal were represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovered from the Defendant 54 thousand Euros of the principal debt, 1 million rubles of interest, as well as legal costs. In the course of the litigation, a forensic examination was carried out in order to determine the limitation period of the contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, which fully confirmed the arguments of the Client of the Bureau. The court also refused to order a second examination for the Defendant. The Client was represented by Marina Nikolaenko, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal overturned the decision of the court of the first instance and fully refused the Plaintiff to satisfy his claim to collect from the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” a fee for excess use of containers in the amount of over 50 million rubles. The Client was represented by Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
