January 19 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District denied the opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in satisfying their cassation appeal against previously adopted judicial acts on the refusal to take interim measures in the form of seizing the funds of the Bureau’s Client in the case of collecting an advance payment in the amount of 28.5 million rubles.  The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal agreed with the legal position of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and rejected the appeal of the opponents of the Bureau against the earlier decision of the court of first instance to dismiss the claim for recognizing the contract as not concluded in the part of the commercial loan.  The interests of the Client of the Bureau were represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, PhD in Law.
