January 25 Main results of the day

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the earlier decision of the court of first instance, which denied the Regional State Construction Supervision Service of the Rostov Region an indefinite suspension of the developer’s activities, whose interests are protected by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The Client was defended by Ilsur Zakirov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow Regional Court upheld the earlier decision of the Kolomna City Court of the Moscow Region, which satisfied the Bureau’s Client’s claim for debt collection under loan agreements in the amount of over USD 12.9 million and EUR 1.8 million.  The interests of the Client were represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, PhD in Law.
