The Eighth Arbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the previously adopted judicial act of the Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region, by which the bankruptcy trustee and the debtor’s creditors were denied the claim for invalidation of the transaction concluded between the debtor and the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and the claim of the Client of the Bureau was recognized as justified and subject to inclusion in the register of creditors’ claims. The amount of the included claims amounted to 3.64 billion rubles. The interests of the Client were represented by Vadim Makarichev, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District, following a complaint from MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, canceled the earlier decision to suspend proceedings in the case of collecting funds in the amount of 2 million rubles in favor of the Bureau’s client and sent the case for retrial to the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal. The interests of the Client were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Moscow Arbitration Court in full denied the procedural opponents in satisfying the claim for the recovery of 28 million rubles, filed against the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut ,lawyer of the Bureau.
The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the Defendant’s complaint against the ruling of the first instance court to refuse to transfer the case to another arbitration court.
