The Moscow City Court upheld the earlier decision of Golovinsky District Court of Moscow to recover the debt in the total amount of 10 thousand Euros, including interest, from the Defendant in favor of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” under a service agreement drawn up in the form of a receipt (according to the receipt, the Defendant undertook to register a legal entity on the territory of the Republic of Cyprus). The interests of the Bureau were represented by Semyon Garayan, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
