February 8 Main results of the day

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the earlier decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, which declared illegal and canceled the decision of Association of administrative and technical inspections of the city of Moscow (AATI) on bringing the Bureau’s Client to administrative responsibility for violation of the Rules for excavation works, installation of temporary fences, placement of temporary objects in Moscow and the appointment of an administrative a fine in the amount of 700 thousand rubles. The reason for canceling the illegal decision of AATI was the fact that the Client’s representative was not allowed to participate in the consideration of the administrative case, which was recorded in the audio recording provided by the Bureau.  The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
