February 10 Main results of the day

The First Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction left unchanged the previously adopted judicial acts of the lower courts, according to which a debt in the amount of 1.5 million rubles was collected in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” under the contract of sale and purchase of a share in a residential building.  The cassation appeal of the Procedural opponents of the Bureau was considered by the Collegium not subject to satisfaction.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Aleksandr Uchaikin, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
