The Khamovnichesky District Court of the city of Moscow, upon reconsideration, refused to satisfy the tax authority’s claim to recover from the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” a allegedly existing land tax debt. Earlier, the courts of the first and appellate instances granted the application of the tax authority, but the Second Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction canceled the adopted judicial acts and sent the case for a new trial. The Client’s interests were defended by the Bureau’s lawyer Yakov Bulut and the Bureau’s senior lawyer Alexander Uchaykin.
