A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The First General Jurisdiction Court of Appeal upheld the earlier decision of the Moscow City Court to satisfy the Bureau’s client’s claim to establish the cadastral value (756 million rubles) in the amount of the market value (583 million rubles). The decrease was 23% (173 million rubles). The interests of the Client of the Bureau were represented by senior lawyer Ilsur Zakirov.
