The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District dismissed the complaint of a third person and left unchanged the decision of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, which terminated the proceedings in the case of recovery a debt in the amount of 24 million rubles from the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The interests of the Principal were represented by Alexander Uchaikin, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Second Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction dismissed the complaint of the Department of Economic Policy of the City of Moscow and unchanged the previously adopted judicial acts of the courts of first and appeal instance, within the framework of which the Client of the Bureau achieved the exclusion of the building from the list of objects in respect of which the tax base is determined as cadastral value.  The interests of the Client were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District left unchanged the previously adopted judicial acts of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow and the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal on the recovery of debt in the amount of 2.2 million rubles in favor of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The interests of the Client were represented by Ramzan Mezhidov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
