March 16 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow fully satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” on recovery of debt in the amount of 4.4 million rubles from the Defendant on the lease agreement, and also refused to satisfy the Defendant’s counterclaim to recover the debt in the amount of more than 37 million rubles. The Client’s interests were represented by Irina Novikova, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Second Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction has left the complaint of the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” without satisfaction, and the appeal definition of the Moscow City Court remained unchanged.  Previously, the Moscow City Court agreed with the legal position of lawyers of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and refused to satisfy the claim for an employment dispute in the amount of 100 million rubles, filed against the Principal of the Bureau, retaining only the obligation to pay compensation in the amount of 700 thousand rubles.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Alexander Uchaykin, senior lawyer of the Bureau.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, having agreed with the calculation of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, satisfied the complaint of the Principal of the Bureau, canceled the decision of the court of first instance to refuse the Principal in the claim and recovered from the Defendant funds in the amount of 42 million rubles. The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

Mytischinsky City Court of the Moscow region left without consideration the claim of the Plaintiff, presented to the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” on a dispute about the division of jointly acquired real estate. The Client’s interests were represented by Semyon Garayan, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
