The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal on the complaint of the Developer, whose interests were represented by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, canceled the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court and declared illegal the decision of the Regional State Construction Supervision Service to bring the Developer to administrative responsibility.

Despite the earlier adopted judicial acts of arbitration courts on the recognition of the legal order, on the basis of which the appealed decision was made, in the course of the litigation MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to prove the fact that there was no event of an administrative offense. The interests of the Developer were represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
