The Second Cassation court of General Jurisdiction refused to satisfy the Plaintiff’s cassation appeal against the previously adopted decisions of the courts of the first and appellate instance, which refused to satisfy the claim brought against the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the termination of the contract for the provision of educational services and the recovery of funds in the amount of 1.3 million rubles, as well as a fine of 50% of the amount of recovery. The Client’s interests were represented by Irina Novikova, Senior Lawyer of the Bureau.
