Gagarinsky District Court of Moscow satisfied in full the claims of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of debt in the amount of more than 800 thousand rubles from the Defendant, followed by the accrual of a penalty on the day of actual execution. The court also fully dismissed the counterclaim filed in the amount of 1.5 million rubles. The interests of the Principal were represented by Irina Novikova, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
