Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow refused to procedurally opponent of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to satisfy the claim for the recovery of unjustified enrichment.  Lawyers of the Bureau managed to convince the court that despite the fact of receiving funds, the payments were made payments by the Plaintiff under a non-existent obligation, and the Plaintiff knew about it.  These circumstances, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 1109 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, were the basis for refusing to satisfy the claim.  The interests of the client were represented by Konstantin Tkachenko, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
