April 8 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District left unchanged the previously adopted judicial acts, which fully satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of 27 million rubles under the contract for the supply of petroleum products. The Client’s interests were represented by Alexander Uchaykin, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Court of Moscow partially satisfied the requirement of a Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of court costs in a case in which MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” previously managed to prove the groundlessness of the claim in the amount of 5 million rubles made against it. The Client’s interests were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
