Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow recognized the position of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as justified and reduced the amount of money declared to be collected from the Client of the Bureau by almost 5 times: from 420 thousand rubles up to 89 thousand rubles. The interests of the Client were represented by Irina Novikova, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, by which the court had refused to leave the claim of the Client of the Bureau without consideration. The Client’s interests were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region recognized the legal position of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as justified and refused to include the Creditor in the register of creditors’ claims. The Client’s interests in the bankruptcy case were represented by Senior Lawyer Taisiya Radchenko.
