The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District agreed with the arguments of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and upheld the previously adopted judicial act of the appellate instance, which recognized as illegal the actions of the Public Law Company “Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens Participating in Shared Construction” on the inclusion of an apartment building of the Developer in the register of problematic objects. For the Developer, such inclusion carried a significant risk of being declared bankrupt, but the Bureau once again succeeded in defending the Developer’s interests in court. Procedural defense of the Developer was represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
