The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the ruling of the first instance court on the refusal to restore the missed deadline, and the complaint of the Bureau’s procedural opponent was dismissed. The Kolomna City Court of the Moscow Region fully satisfied the claims of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to foreclose on the mortgaged real estate worth more than 25 million rubles, as well as on 25% of the company’s shares owned by the Defendant.
