MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” is once again among the leaders in the resolution of litigation!

According to the results of the fifth research of the ligation market by Pravo.ru, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” again confirmed its status as one of the leaders in the resolution of litigation, taking the 5th place in terms of the number of the largest cases considered in 2020.

The Bureau is also included in the second group of the federal rating for the largest disputes (law firms with more than 30 cases and with a claim amount of more than 40 million rubles participated).

This year Pravo.ru did not calculate the win rate, but according to the Bureau’s own calculations, our win rate should be higher than last year’s level of the Bureau, which was 94% for bankruptcy disputes and 82.1% for other litigations.

Let’s remind that on May 29 last year the Pravo.ru portal announced the results of the fourth research of the ligation market in Russia. According to the study, the largest number of cases in 2019 was considered by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” – 166 (only cases with a claim amount exceeding 50 million rubles were taken into account). At the same time, the research analysts compiled a separate win rate rating (the ratio of victories over defeats), in which MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” entered the TOP-5 of the best law firms.

In the main ranking of the study which reflects such indicators as the number of cases, the total and average amount in these cases, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” also entered the second group, consolidating itself in the top ten of the best law firms.
