The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim to recover the debt in the amount of 9 million rubles from the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The lawyers of the Bureau, when assessing the prospects of the case, found that the Principal did not retain more than half of the invoices, and in the course of a dispute regarding the available documents, the procedural opponents of the Bureau filed a petition for their falsification. In this regard, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” requested the Plaintiff’s purchase book from the tax authority and established that the Plaintiff had taken into account all the invoices in his tax documentation. As for the falsification, the court accepted the pre-trial opinion prepared by the expert organization at the request of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, since the Plaintiff’s witnesses did not come to refute the fact of their signature on the documents. As a result, the court found no grounds for a forensic examination and denied the opponents’ claim in full. The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.
