The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District left unchanged the ruling of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, which returned the appeal of the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. Earlier, within the framework of this dispute, at the request of the Principal, the court of the first instance invalidated the contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate and applied the consequences of the invalidity of the transactions in the form of the return of real estate to the Principal. The interests of the Principal were represented by Alexandra Reznichenko, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
