The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the earlier decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court on the collection in favor of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” of the debt under the supply agreement and interest for the use of a commercial loan in the amount of 400 thousand rubles, followed by the accrual of interest on the amount of the debt at the rate 0.3% per day. The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
