A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in satisfying the claim brought against the Principal of the Bureau for invalidating the supply agreement in terms of the provisions on commercial credit. The interests of the Principal were represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
