June 28 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District terminated proceedings on a cassation appeal filed by a procedural opponent of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. Thus, the Defendant acknowledged the groundlessness of his arguments about the need to leave the claim of the Bureau’s Client without consideration. The proceedings in the case are continuing. The Client’s interests were represented by Ramzan Mezhidov, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
