Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow satisfied the claims of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovered from the dental clinic the damage caused to the Principal in connection with poor quality services in the amount of 4 million rubles, including compensation for subsequent treatment, a penalty, compensation for moral damage and a fine in accordance with the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”. The interests of the Principal were represented by Evgenia Kachanovskaya, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
