The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court to declare illegal and cancel the decision of the regional service of state construction supervision on bringing the Developer (client of the Bureau) to administrative responsibility for violating the deadlines for posting reports provided for by the Federal Law “On Participation in Shared Construction …” The interests of the Developer were defended by Ilsur Zakirov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
